Ok, technical difficulties in the new Qbank, my subscription extended free for 1 month. complete useless 800 phone number service. They say they will call back twice & never called back. I also had same customer service experience w/ Kap Q bank. when i call, the first response put me on hold for 5 min, then the second response asks my info and says someone will call me 45 min later RIDICULOUS!! did anyone face the same thing? i hate calling the customer service, its so inefficient. I purchased kaplan CK Q bank on 12th, and today I see the " all new" qbank on the website, but the link is dead. Only when u end with these two do kaplan and what ever u like, old kaplan (which was updated after 2006 was fairly so good for me and never was less than Uw and even was harder, however they said they will release new 500 Qs, these no one take it yet so go forward with Uw and dont hesitate now, no time!
